There are a number of ways to do this, including: taking your time to carefully search for a property without rushing to purchase it like an impulse buyer; not falling in love with a property so much that the asking price becomes too high; obtaining information on properties that have been on the market for a long time but have not been sold; obtaining information on properties that have to be sold early due to circumstances; obtaining information on properties owned by real estate investment funds or real estate companies that are about to go bankrupt; and obtaining information on properties that have gone into foreclosure.
In particular, you may be able to purchase attractive real estate at a reasonable price if you have regular conversations via e-mail, etc., with the person in charge of the real estate company that owns a lot of information on foreclosed real estate, or with the person in charge of the real estate company that is in close contact with non-Japanese real estate owners who want to sell their property as soon as possible for various reasons.
With the exception of new construction, attractive real estate sales often occur suddenly and without prior notice.
