Properties marked (Ke) in the "Incident Number" of real estate for auction publicly announced by the courts are called "collateralized real estate auction.”
This refers to properties that were used as collateral when borrowing money from financial institutions, etc., and were seized because the borrower was unable to repay the debt.
On the other hand, properties marked (Nu) in the "Incident Number" of real estate for auction publicly announced by the courts are called "forced auctions.” These are properties where the creditor has disposed of the debtor's real estate to collect money in relation to something that the creditor has won in court or otherwise.
There are far more properties in secured property auctions than in forced auctions.
