A "Current Survey Report" is a document in which a court execution officer who has jurisdiction over the property actually inspects the property for auction, and describes the rights, occupancy status, shape, etc. of the property.
Normally, the inside of the building cannot be viewed before bidding on the auctioned property. However, since the court execution officer can forcibly open the front door, the "Status Investigation Report" includes photographs of the inside of the auctioned property and information on the people using the property at the time of the investigation.
